As „4C41” already indicates, the EP refers to elements of an influential movement in music that emerged primarily in the late 1970s and early 1980s called „New Wave“. Often incorporating elements of DIY, experimentation and a broader range of musical styles, the genre crosses lines, as it’s the case in „ARCYDARO“'s latest EP. We find a range of catchy melodies, elements of futuristic and innovative sound with a focus on rhythm and groove. Road tested by our dear Kristian, the EP is a heart project first and foremost because of the music, of course, and moreover, because it comes from a long companion of the label and our distribution Muting the Noise.
